I used a different accountant for several years when I was first self employed. I always felt that my tax bill was too high. When I asked Vanessa to do my accounts, there was a provisional caveat, as long as you save me at least what you charge, then you've got the job.Changing accountants was easy, I thought it was going to be a right pain. I think the only difference was where to take my accounts. In the first year my tax bill was reduced, and, there was a lovely 1,700 tax rebate from previous unclaimed areas of my business that hadn't been claimed for in the past. Some of it I feel quite obvious now.Year on year, Vanessa and her team have been fantastic, always there to answer questions, to guide and advise. Vanessa even came over and set up new spreadsheets for me as my business had changed from being a personal trainer, too a Tropic Ambassador selling natural Skincare products, a personal trainer and a carer for a family, which meant having two streams of income to claim for and an employed roll where my tax was paid monthly, and therefore my accounts needed to reflect this. Nothing was, or is, ever too much trouble for them.In a nut shell, efficient, professional, friendly, approachable, and more, so much more.I have recommended Vanessa and her team to several friends and other professionals.I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.You'll only need to use them once, you won't want to go anywhere else afterwards.Thank you Vanessa, Emily and all of the Premier Tax Solutions team for such fabulous service to a small business woman. I have known Vanessa and the team at Premier Tax now for a few years now and I have known in the back of my mind it was only a matter of time before I made the switch.Since knowing Vanessa she has been able to answer my accountancy questions into plain English and give me advice based on me personally and my fear of accounts as opposed to just what might be better on paper.In December 2017 after Id had my final year accounts from my former accountant I knew it was the time to switch to Premier Tax - whatever pain that may bring me along the way as I moved out of my comfort zone. I was ready for plain English advice and I knew Freeagent, the accountancy package I was using, was holding me back.As someone who likes to bury their head in the sand over all things accountants switching not only accountants but software solution as well was a big deal.Even though January is a busy time for the team they managed the manual transfer of all of my data exceptionally well and had me all up and running in Xero by January 31st. Not only did the team answer my every question in a way that I could understand, they also kept me in the loop with what was happening and where they were up to.The advice I have had from the team since switching over only a matter of weeks ago has been wonderful, as again they respect what TukTuk Creative Marketing is about and what my stress-levels and drivers are as of a sole director in the business.Now, I am actually excited to see where the future of the business goes, with a better tool to manage and oversee my accounts, but also alongside a team that I know will give me the advice the is right for me and I can call on to ask those daft questions that come up along the way.
