Probably the best oatcakes in the area, just one huge problem!!! The staff and owners have the worst customer service skills I have ever come across downright rude, misserable to say the least!! Not happy at work get a new job.
The oatcakes aren't too bad, if you have something on them they are greasy, not sure if it's the cheese that causes it but that aside I still won't be returning, two staff in particular are extremely moody and rude, the man and an older lady who I think is his mum, if you want to be spoken to like dirt under someone's shoe then feel free to give them a try. I'm a big believer in customer service us key.
