Wrong size van, they wouldnt change it... had no choice but to take this van but managed to get the job done luckily.
They never answer the phone and use a high rate telephone number to contact them. If you stay more that 10 mins waiting for them to answer they hang up. Disgusting and take advantage
Poor service. Firstly, I was not told about the out of hours drop off fee when picking up the car. Although I had pre-paid in full including a full tanks fuel, I was surprised to discover an extra amount had been taken from my card. After sending numerous emails and waiting in long queues to be put through to their customer services with no contact, I gave up and went back to the branch. The staff there could not explain why I had been charged extra but assured I would get a refund,......eventually. Time and money wasted.
