Its a great modern building but it feels a little neglected already. Several out of order ticket machines that were signposted so, another two broken but not labelled, we did eventually find one that worked (but did have some damage meaning tickets kept blowing away!). Several areas closed off with railing that had fallen over, a non working automatic door, two of the check in screens not working. Clinically though I couldnt fault the staff, and reception were friendly and helpful.

Disabled parking is no longer free, but even more of an issue is the fact that the disabled parking is MILES away from the doors....and right next to the doors is a load of useless plastic grass and benches. All these do is encourage people to smoke in a NO SMOKING area. THIS is where the disabled parking SHOULD be...right next to the door!!! Car park was obviously designed by a blind chimp in an office in Birmingham who has never visited the actual site or monitored it's traffic...useless is an understatement!
This Hospital saved my life great Staff from the Cleaners to the Consultants/Surgeons I cannot thank you all enough for the great services long may you keep up the excellent work in a tough job. The MRI scanning depth is on Clayton road.
Delivery suite was great but the experience went from 10/10 to 0/10 as soon as I was moved to the ward! There was only 1 midwife who was absolutely amazing.. Sophie.Apart from that I've never known women to be this horrible and unsuited to the job they are doing. It's like they're carrying the weight of the world but surely they knew what they were getting themselves into. So stuck up and mardy.
