Autonet insurance is the first insurance company that has given me a competitive renewal quote and also beat any of the comparison websites including their own quote. So far they've been great. They use Closer Brothers for financing the monthly payments which I didn't expect and had to phone Autonet to make sure it wasn't a scam (better safe than sorry). Turns out is was legit so all is good. I can't give 5 stars as I've only just joined so have minimal experience but so far, my experience has been positive and their customer service is friendly and helpful.
Good service - I was very impressed with the speed at which I was able to renew my policy. Most competitive prices on offer, so all went really well. Happy with my new deal. Keep it up ! Will be back next year :)
Hands down the most helpful and understanding insurance provider I've been with. After me not receiving emails (my phone's fault) my policy was cancelled as I didn't send in my proof of no claims until I received a letter which was a day late I assume because of the Christmas post. My policy has been reinstated with no problems. Excellent service! Would recommend to anyone and will be doing as I sort out my families insurance, them being priced competitively made me choose Autonet but their customer service will keep me coming back
