Appalling customer service today. Gent made out he was far too busy to serve me with a simple request of attaching a memorial ashes charm to a charm bracelet. Made me feel like an inconvenience and that the task was beneath him. He was also quite sarcastic when I explained that I would like it done for Christmas, which was upsetting. Went to The Watch Lab up the road instead and they did it happily within minutes. I always support independent businesses but will never recommend this one. Ever.
