Our mechanism broke on our UPVC door and being part of the YouTube generation we bought a new mechanism thinking we could swap it. DO NOT DO THIS get Lockman in straight away. Lee arrived within an hour of calling after hed finished with another customer, on the Bank Holiday Saturday. It wasnt an easy call out. My car battery was completely flat and the key in the ignition, doors locked. He managed to recover the key (which had house keys on too) jump start me and saved my Bank Holiday plans. Great set up in his van. Hes extremely helpful, genuine and very reasonably priced compared to a few others that I had called for quotes.
