Not much space in the waiting areas, friendly staff, good popcorn (though I'd prefer if they mixed my sweet and salted a little better) hot dogs are good stuff, seating is comfortable, screening was mostly uninterrupted by audience volume.Situated in a practical location amongst a wide range of restaurants.
Easy to park. Only 1,50 after 4pm. Good selection of snacks but slightly over priced. Clean toilets. Wheelchair friendly
A lovely cinema! Parking is close due to the shopping centre and the eateries around the corner make it a great place to go and see a film. The seats are not the big leather recliners that you can get at other cinemas however the screens and sound quality are good and they offer everything that you would expect from a cinema as far as snacks etc. A good night out!
Clean tidy and refreshingly presented reception and theatre. Helpful polite staff were evident across all areas. Ludicrously priced snacks and sweets but hey that will never change.
Cineworld isn't the cheapest cinema in Stoke-on-Trent but for my money it's the best experience. It has a lovely new feel to it with a glamorous entrance. It's warm, it's clean and the staff are really friendly. You do have to pay for parking, this is well lit and convenient. They always have a good choice of films for all the family. Screen sizes are good, sound quality is good with theatres small enough to feel cosy but not claustrophobic. I thoroughly recommend it to you.
