Excellent service, tried the main hanley post office but Saint Judes actually know their stuff and go out of their way to be helpful.
What Can I say, the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, you always get a welcome smile when served, they know their subject when it comes to postage and delivery information.It can get busy in there being the closest Post office to Staffordshire University. But despite this they will always smile and apologise if they have big queue's. One of the Best Post offices in Stoke-on-Trent and they have the awards to prove it!
Service provided is good, usually very little wait as lines don't get too long. Althought the size of the post office can feel a little cramped they overcome this by having two cashiers aiding and getting people swiftly through. It's okay.
