I like some other customers on here went to a complete construction zone for a holiday in Mexico and was assured by these guys that the hotel would be ready. I have emailed them a couple of times and havent had a response back. They do not want to know. There is no aftercare or anything and a lot of people are staying the same fact- so it must be true. Stay away from this travel company and do not book because if theres a problem they will not sort it out AT ALL !
As per Bridgets post i can only echo the same comments. Absolutely disgusting level of customer service and commitment to resolution. If there are any issues with your holiday bookings god help you because BlueBay wont!
Without a doubt the worst travel company I have ever used. Great to start off with but the second you encounter any problems they simply do not want to know. All friendly and helpful till they get your money then thats it. Their customer service is, quite frankly, dire. I emailed the managing director numerous times, as his details are on their website, but not once did they give me the courtesy of a reply. They sent me to the biggest dump i have ever stayed in in Mexico but then would accept no responsibility for it and did nothing to help me. All they kept saying was it was a Thomas Cook package. Yes it was, which was sold to me BY BLUE BAY TRAVEL! I didnt at any point pay Thomas Cook anything, I paid Blue Bay Travel. Avoid them at costs as they are absolutely useless!
Great to start with but the most terrible after service once they have your money. So disappointing as thought I had found a good travel agent. Just come home from a holiday and no one had a good word to say about your aftersales. Waiting 5 days for a return call and several urgent emails is appalling.
Don't do it...! Something goes wrong and they will not help. They will not take responsibility, they will simply say it's nothing to do with them because they are just an agent not the tour operator. They are absolute garbage with an even worse aftersales. Steer clear, there are much better places to shop!
