It's nice here. I don't think it's anything too special, but it's a nice, family friendly place with dog access. Warm and cold food available and indoor and outdoor seating
Good coffee and ice cream, service a little slow when I went for our coffees, as only one person was making the coffees.
Oh dear I have to agree with the recent chap. I was here today too and I don't quite know what to say. When I visit Trentham each place I visit you feel welcome or at the very least acknowledged by staff. I've worked with public a very,very long time and one golden rule customers like to feel that they are important. But the sevice here today left me feeling that it was far too slow long wait that coupled by poor staff interaction has left me wondering if this is somewhere to recommend?
I pass this place on a regular basis but decided to pop in this morning for a drink with friends. I can't say I was impressed with the service. There was a long queue with few staff who looked as though they would rather be somewhere else. Neither of my credit card was accepted by the machine and I had to ask for my receipt as it was not offered. I think this is my first and last visit here. Sorry to say that!
