Awful place if you have to use them make sure your there when they pick the car up otherwise they try charging you for valet..Said there was mud on back of seats when we checked everything and made sure it was clean.Just make sure your there when they pick it up if you have to use them so they cant scam you, otherwise avoid them completly.If i have to make a claim through insurance again and see that these are renting the car i will refuse it.Dont use hastings if you can help it too as thats why you get stuck with these.Also have a friend who has a car from them right now who said he need a diesel and wants a manual... so they have give him a petrol with auto just shows what they are like.AVOID.
Problem with this company are to hard to put in words .. please avoid if you can i asked them time and time again not to repair my car because they would not autherise all repairs needed to make it safe i wanted to get car repaired at my own cost so i would be sure it was fixed properly
