Not a happy one!
No mention of large deposit on vans 250... was raining and van was wet on initial inspection and lady said can't see the scratches on bumper when it's wet but they are there.... take it back sunny and dry after 1 day and 1 trip to b and q and back kept on my drive all night she found a 1 cm scratch on front bumper under a scratch above an existing bump that we walked on handover walk. Said would have to call me as they need to see if it was cuased by a previous claim or not refused to refund my 250 for 3 days. They are ever so slightly cheaper than Afford rent a car literally 2 minutes up the road but the price you pay there includes all extras had to pay for with thrifty ie insurance 16 extra on the van you dont havr to but excess is 1250 if you dont buy it and even then excess is still 250... Afford don't even bother walking the vehicle when you return it and don't take any money off you upfront always used them in the past and will be going back.gping forward get what you pay for....
