If youre looking for a trustworthy and honest garage, this is the place to go.Took my car in for a MOT and full service, the team kept me constantly updated with the work that was being done.Jamie also found some other minor issues on the car while servicing it, explained everything in a very clear simple way and provided great advice. I always receive excellent customer service that is personable and friendly. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to my car , so luckily for me I've found a garage (Cargo 4 Service) that done talk in car jargon, they always make sure I fully understand everything and that I'm fully aware of all of the options. They always give me honest options of things that need done, what to keep an eye on and let me know the things that will need done further down the line. They're always reliable and they always help when they can. I lived in Stoke for some months and moved to Manchester, lucky for me because I work in Stoke it's handy for me to bring my car in but its worth the trip if you have a reliable and honest mechanic.
