This is the worst place to deal with. Went for a quotation for damages after a non fault accident. They referred me to their accident management but due to evidence being required had to end up going through my own accident management company. On asking them for an estimate detailing cost of repairs i was told they could only release it to my insurance company even though i explained several times im not going through my own insurance. The lady after severalMinutes explaining same thing spoke to someone and said to get an official document detailing cost of repairs i would have to pay 50 plus vat to get an estimate. Any place you go they give you an estimate. Why would i pay that anount to have an estimate of my own cars damage, even if i was paying cash and not going through insurance. I was just told if paying cash then you just sign a document pay and they do the work. Like are these people really for real! Was going to do work on my car worth more than 600 but they can forget that now. Stay clear of these people! Very poor customer service. The worst i have ever seen. If they cant provide a paper detailing information of work they will do whats the point! Can only imagine what the work they carry out would be like ! Dont bother with these people pit your money elsewhere !

after 4 attempts each time the car was presented back to me with another imperfection and the insurance company threatening to pull the car from m+m i finally got my car back.. the front fog lamps were fitted on the wrong sides ...at which point i took the car to another garage at my expense to have the issues rectified"thanks for your speedy response however its was completely unrelated to my repair as my car did not have any rust or other damage other than the repair it was booked in for and have never mentioned the use of non genuine parts and have never been loud or abusive.. and you fitted the front bumper and fog lights
i have had to put one star to post review but from what i have had done they don't deserve this one ...just want to have the correct colour on my car would be a starter......still waiting!!!!!! this is the work they did and looks a mess and its been months since correctional dept came to see it and im still waiting for the correction to happen no communication at all!!!!
I always pride myself on leaving a very honest and true review, so here goes...I've recently had an accident repair to my van completed at M & M in Longton, my first experience was a very polite phone call from one of the ladies who was keen to get me booked in with little fuss, they offered to collect but as M & M is local to me I personally popped it in, they reasured me that all would be well which gave me confidence in their services. During the process I was contacted with updates of the progress and given an approximate completion date, and pretty close to their predictions they duly delivered, I got the phone call to collect and the van is as new, fully valeted and ready to go..This is just a brief appraisal M & M..A big thank you to all..Dave Curwen
