Very unprofessional x-rays, an extraction that was not at all necessary, payment for dental services wrong calculated (after 2 months and 2 weeks you possibly can receive a letter, not a phone call, not an E-mail first to let you know that you have an outstanding payment; after all it will be seen that all payments were done just by Debit Card and on time, the most credibile excuse used will be that there was a computer mistake....but all the details that were introduced into the system, and the letter itself were made/prepared by a human being), and usually the communication with the receptionist is very unpleasant (she is phlegmatic). One time was enough to say that I will never come back here. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Diana Dental have completely transformed my smile and I can't thank them enough. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel comfortable and welcome - all the staff are super friendly and exceptionally helpful. They are a wonderful team who really do have your best interests at heart... I couldn't recommend them enough :)
Ive been at this dentist for about 10years now, even when it was a endon. Zoe is a fantastic dentist. Always polite, smiling and remembers parts about my life(very good going considering only see her every 6months) The hygienist whos name I only know by surname Moghadam is also amazing, shes very attentive and again like Zoe polite and always smiling. Really recommend this practice, you pay per month and get 2 yearly check ups and hygiene checks, these are normally book in on the same day and time. Also the text reminder service is a great thing as normally I do forget, After all it is 6months since the booking. They also do other dental care work to help you get that great smile. See you again in December. :)
