Do not reckommend if you have to get back to work as there will be an additional waiting time of 30-45 minutes. They are also very strict on missing appointments but have not set up text reminders.
I wouldn't give any stars if possible. Went to the practice for a filling replacement as it was broken and the dentist replaced another one which was perfectly fine and left the broken one there. I had to go to another dentist to replace the broken one.Chose another practice if possible

I would never recommend this dentist! We took my Dad for a replacement set of dentures after being in hospital for 3 months and losing his top set. He had lost a lot of weight through his illness and the bottom set he had didnt fit properly, so both the dentist and my sister and I thought it would be best to have a complete new set. We paid for them on the first visit, and after several weeks of waiting and ringing to see if they were ready, just the top set arrived. I assumed there had been some mistake so I rung day after day and just kept getting the answerphone on which I left messages and a contact number, but no-one ever called me back. When I eventually spoke to someone she told me we had only asked for the top set, what would be the point of that when it was the dentist that explained it would be better to replace the full set for a better fitting and the cost is no different between a full or partial set. Oh, and apparently I signed for just the top set! My Dad is 89 years old and had spent 3 months in hospital seriously ill, I didnt know what I was signing, but I do know the conversation we had with the dentist. I hope they can sleep at night after ripping off an old man who just wanted some teeth. He is now housebound and unable to get to a dentist, so thanks Genesis, his very last trip out was a wasted journey to you!
