Because my pair were broken and he helped me on his phone due to my WiFi being abit disconnected also Dan and lovely Alderley ladie who was on till. Fast service and excellent customer support.

Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.
