Great Store Friendly Staff and doesn't take long at all for your Goods to come down to the pick up counter the only gripe ive got is you have to pay for a bag even if you spend a thousand pound you still get charged lol plenty of parking

Shocked at the utter lack of care from the staff if I'm honest. My partner tried to take back a fan as the parts were incorrect. Not only was there no apology but he claims that the staff were not paying any attention to him due to their own conversations with each other being more important. It should have been a simple return, not a display of unproffesionalism. Not to mention that the product looked as though it had been repackaged, no wonder the parts were wrong, it was probably returned by someone else before we bought it. This is the second time something like this has happened. Work on your customer satisfaction Argos, seriously.
