Doctors are good when you get to see them but trying to get through on the phone is terrible as I write this Im number three in the queue and Ive been on the phone for 21 minutes either they need to expand the surgery for more staff or not take anymore patients on as they cannot deal with the amount they have also can take 2 weeks to see a gp
Told Im not an emergency because face doesnt fit in this dire practice it need closing downOrInvestigationsDone these shouldnt be on the nhs its a disgrace receptionist deciding whoGoes in to see a dr and letting the friends and familyGet seen and not the generalPublic absolute disgrace

Trying to arrange a medical to get my bus license. No one picking up phone . Without my medical I cant gain employment
This practice needs to be closed down. Not only are the receptionist rude, aggressive and completely useless.. The majority of the doctors here are very dangerous...With the exception of Dr Kennerley and Dr Jadoon, who are great. A few months ago I booked an appointment with Dr Blaxter (who is the only Dr who ever has appointments available, the reason is most likely because she is vile)I was concerned because I found a lump on my arm. It was very similar to the melanoma my father had a few years back, and similar to the one my grandfather had too.Needless to say, this type of skin cancer runs in my family. I explained this to Dr Blaxter and she asked how old my father was. Her response shocked me, she claimed that I must be mistaken because it is highly unlikely that my father had this type of cancer at such an age 61. That is was likely a benign growth or cyst. (Referring to my fathers melanoma)So to clarify: my father DID have skin cancer. He lives in Scotland and has never been seen by a doctor in England.. yet Dr Blaxter is telling me that Im clearly wrong about him having skin cancer because of his age.She then took a small glance at the lump and said that its likely a cyst or insect bite. Unhappy with this and other shortcomings with this doctors practice, I registered at a different practice. On my initial appointment after signing up I mentioned the lump, the doctor took a good few minutes checking it out.. said he was rather concearned about it and sent me to see a dermatologist..I was diagnosed with skin cancer.. the melanoma has been removed and I am now cancer free.I would advise anyone who is stuck using this practice for whatever reason, cant travel or cant register with another.. DO NOT see Dr Blaxter.. Dr Jadoon or Dr Kennerley are he only ones Id trust.
