Phone lines are always busy or off
The staff are great but getting an appointment can be difficult.
Doctors good, reception staff, well, if you want attitude and someone looking down their nose at you, then you've found the right place, very unhelpful, visited twice last week, both time the reception was empty, so I said exscuse me, yet they carried on gossiping in the back room and they were not gossiping about NHS matters either, 'she' then appeared and looked at me like I had just crawled from under her shoe, vile people and a disgrace to the nhs.
The GP I met was so friendly, so helpful its just a shame the receptionists are beyond terrible and rude, all I asked was for an appointment and I got bad manners and a piss poor attitude. Would have been 5* because the GP was amazing, sadly the receptionists are terrible.
Appalling. Rude, patronising staff that talk to you as though you're a child. For some ungodly reason you can only make an appointment for exactly a weeks time. I called on a Thursday and was told next Thursday is full, callback tomorrow if you want to try for next Friday. Utterly ridiculous arrangement. Immediately put the phone down and registered elsewhere.
