Got the job done but didn't help. We bought our first home this year and had our solicitor items sorted through by Myers & Co, though they did all the things they needed to do, but as a first timer buyer i was not happy with the service, we received no help, explanations or helpful notes at all about anything, on top of this the staff that served us were rude. Me and my partner we asked multiple times if we were going to be together in 5 years time (this was our chosen mortgage term) on our first meeting with a member of staff which was around 1-2 months after starting this process. We would not recommend for 1st time buyers to use these, they will not help you.
Kerry helped us buy our first home and we've recently moved in. Her staff are friendly and helpful and answer as many questions as possible. If they don't know the answer to something, they'll ask and come back to you. Kerry was lovely, down to earth and put us at ease at what was a very stressful time for us. Can't recommend enough!

After being recommended to use Myers and Co to buy and sell our properties we thought that we would be in the usual battle with painful phone calls and waits over a drawn out period of time whilst the paperwork got done.
