pizza was too greasy and i ordered donner meat and chips with mayo. they must have put on a whole bottle of mayo on there so it ruined the donner. had the same issue a few times with food quality so stopped using them. thought id try again but still no better! wont be spending my money there again, rubbish!
Not only was the small order over an hour and a half late... when the delivery driver turned up, he had a woman in the front with him and 3 kids in the back. He then pulled our carrier bag out of his boot... Not out of an insulated bag... YES HIS BOOT, literally threw it at us and quickly drove off. Then... wait for it... when we opened the carrier bag, the paper wrapping was literally tearing away because of how grease soaked it was and the food was surprise surprise...cold!I rang to tell them all of the above to be spoken to like an idiot and told that the food was just cooked... Yeah ok... i was civil to then have the phone put down on me because he couldn't answer my questions.We have ordered from here numerous times and it's been great, but wow... Not after tonight. You've definitely lost a regular customer. (0 stars if I could)
****AVOID AT ALL COSTS****Where to start......As of today I am no longer a regular customer. The last 3-4 times I have ordered I have had to call to find out where my order is and then tonight it was over 1.5 hours wait and when the food arrived well the packaging was soaked through with grease. The donner meat was like leather both in look and texture the food was not warm in the least. When I called I was told 2 minutes wasn't even asked who I was after another 20 minutes I called again i was again told 2 minutes when I question the fact it had already been 1.5hours I was again told 2 minutes so it appears to be acceptable by the staff that this is happening. If I could I'd give zero stars and will definitely not be ordering again.
