Budgies are infested with scaly face mites, and have not been treated. They don't show symptoms for weeks, so the pet shop, or breeder, needs to pre-treat their birds. Also, they make you sign a waiver to say that the bird is in good health, without being able to examine them thoroughly. My poor little guy is just starting to show symptoms which I have now treated. Poor experience.

Terrible customer services, selling budgies which have French Moult without making the customer aware. Very rude and likes to make accusations, this place is being reported to the RSPCA and Trading standards. Also likes to make threats.
