Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They have everything you need.It is a little pricier than shopping around but the staff know everything you need to be more than helpful with any pet buying/food buying need.
The staff are great. Really friendly and helpful. The reason I rate 2 stars is because the aquatic section needs attention. The tanks what the fish are kept in are in a filthy state and no where near as clean as they used to be a few years ago. It's a shame because it's the fish that suffer. Sort it out guys, you would let your other animals sit in their own mess so stop letting it happen with your fish.
Pets at home Longton is a very good store. Pretty much every thing you need for your dog, from veterinary care to toys and food. Also if you need any help there is always a friendly staff member to help you out.
Very helpful staff. Assistant went above and beyond her duties helping me choose winter coats for my two dogs.. Quality items that fitted great. Good value too.. Also great range to choose from. .. Very pleased...
