Moved contents of large 5 bedroom house to new home; late getting keys & day very stressful. Adams worked efficiently, cleanly & quickly, loading/unloading 2 large fully packed vans, all while maintaining a cheery outlook & solving issues as they arose. Their friendly, calm disposition was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family & would use them again ourselves. Adams provided excellent service & went above & beyond what we expected. Very highly recommended.
Unfortunately we would not recommend this removal company, they have lost some of our items stored in their units, After 2 months of trying to get this resolved and many phone calls, they still will not reimburse us with the goods. They are basically not interested in doing so and have not come up with a resolution. If you use them and they misplace your items, the after service is not satisfactory and we are now having to go to the small claims court to resolve the issue.
My mum and dad had these guys today and they were great.. A***** genuine, hardworkers, full equipment, polite and best of all excellent service
