Used the outdoor storage units during our house move. This was perfect, everything was kept well protected and dry and with 24 hour access was really helpful to fit within our schedule. A very good service throughout, but probably the most notable point are the staff. They are some of the most professional and helpful employees I have ever encountered in any company
So.. I don't write many reviews, but with Armadillo I felt compelled. . I needed a unit for a week. It was a terrible day moving from London. I showed up with movers and my cat, I was sweaty, messy, dirty and frustrated. I ended up needing a second unit as well and was at the end of my rope.Nina made me tea and gave me jaffa cakes, she was such a comfort on a terrible day, she even watched my cat for me while I ran to find an ATM.Then on the day I removed the items a week later it was Megan's turn to deal with me, exhausted, messy American boy far from home, and much like Nina, she made me feel at home and comfortable and really made my day better. The facility itself is large, clean, and large trolleys for customers to use. Their locks are extremely expensive, but the customer service was more than just professional... It was calming and amazing. These two women did not have to be so kind and yet they were. .I hope their supervisors see the value of Nina and Megan, I could use any old storage facility, but it was them that made all the difference! I was very happy with the way Nina and Poppy guided me through the process. They clearly know there stuff and I would highly recommend Armadillo and the team on Victoria Road. They also put me in touch with what I can only describe as a removals and storage expert who is Mark from Vantasia. All in all a hassle free experience from start to finish.
Lovely storage facility. My son used a different local place, where they pulled steps out and you had to climb a flight of metal steps , higher than normal house steps, to carry items to his store. It was a joy to arrive at Armadillo and fine it well lit, piped music, decent trollies and a lift. The staff are polite, friendly and so helpful. I am happy to recommend this as the BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN STOKE .
They have a live chat on there website which was really useful in making my choice of what storage size would be best and provided great advice. The online check in process option made the whole process a lot easier. The price are really reasonable. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Got a warm welcome at reception and they went over everything in a way I could understand it. They have lifts and big trolleys to move things into storage uni.
