The equipment and personnel are really good
These guys picked me up today after an accident on the M6. When we got back to the yard the gentleman (who I think may be the owner) was so kind to me. I was shaken up, trying to organise things with the car, insurance and getting home. He was patient, gave me advice & was in no hurry, despite it being 7pm on a Friday. After clearing out my car (write off!) he came to tell me he had booked me into a hotel right opposite the train station - which was so lovely. I ended up getting the train straight home as I was so shaken up. He dropped me at the train station enroute home. It really meant a lot to me. I'm really grateful.
