Excellent reception staff welcome you to spacious well maintained entrance area, bar and restaurant. Facilities well used so you sometimes wait for a drink. Food is basic and overpriced. Good quality spa treatments. Working well-maintained lifts to most rooms which are clean, well equipped and have comfortable beds. However, beware parking fines. These are only avoided by registering your car number plate with reception on arrival. Best to add an extra day to your stay when registering to avoid unpleasant fine when you get home. Can be over 100. Shame. 4* otherwise.

This has become a fantastic family base for me when I go to see the girl. Good value for money, spacious family room, very clean facility, the pool is clean and spacious enough, well equipped gym, fantastic restaurant with varieties. And to top it all - very friendly and helpful staff.
A nice location for conferences. I've attended two different conferences here in the last 12 months and enjoyed both. The location is clean, comfortable and well prepared to cater for conferences. I can't comment on the accommodation as I haven't stayed here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food, drinks and service are a good standard. I didn't notice any labelling on the food when our hot buffet lunch was served at the conference I attended today. Not a problem for me as I don't have any allergies or other specific dietary requirements. Our conference organisers (who are not employees of the hotel) had requested dietary information from delegates in advance of the event so it's possible any dietary needs were taken into account.I didn't think the signage for parking was fully clear for conference delegates. Parking here is provided on a pay and display basis if you are not a guest of the hotel. I knew from my previous conference that I could enter my registration into a tablet at reception for free parking. Both of the colleagues I attended the event with asked me about parking on arrival which indicates they hadn't spotted this and they almost unnecessarily paid to park
Very nice clean hotel. Lovely staff all very friendly and welcoming. Getting through to reception before we got there was a little hard had to go through reservations. But overall lovely stay and will definitely stay there again. We had someone in a wheelchair who can partially walk, so good size family room.
