Very good smart check in worked well. Only downside bathroom had an "odd smell" and the bathroom fan was very loud. Two minor points.Good hotel for a quick overnight.
Arrived Christmas Eve. Room allocated was not made up properly. Was then allocated another room by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, whose name I cannot remember. We had booked a twin room for my brother and myself, but were told that they don't have twin beds, only a large double and a small single. I have never come across this before and we had to decide who would have which bed. Also, the heating system in our room seemed to have a mind of its own. One minute it was warm, the next minute it was cold. No matter what we did to the wall control, that seemed to make no difference whatsoever. All else was OK. and a big THANK YOU to the friendly receptionist who did her very best to help us.
