I'm not sure you can fault this shop to be honest, best bicycle shop in the area (if not the best bike shop I've ever gone to). The staff are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable in anything you can ask about.Only bought a couple of small things because they're more than happy to order things in for you too which is a bonus.
A few years ago the guys at Brian Rourke went out of their way to order my new bike in, highly recommended.
After being let down by Halfords I went to Rourke's. As soon as I took my bike in for repairs they dropped everything to help. Despite the complexity of the bike problem they had it up and running in no time. Their customer service is exceptional and I would advise any cyclist with bike issues to forget everywhere else and go to Rourke's. Very reasonably priced too.
