Andy will help and give advice on all aspects of e bikes and an excellent person to go back to for ongoing maintenance. The quality of the goods and his friendly manner makes it the place to go to for an e bike.
Andy demonstrated his bikes to me then did a nice job of converting my favourite Carrera hybrid. It ran nicely for several months then the battery failed. He referred me to Cyclotricity who supply the batteries. I contacted them on Monday, they collected the failed unit on Tuesday and delivered a new one Thursday morning.
Andy is a great guy. Did us a great deal on our bikes, made us feel very welcome and really spent the time going through things with us, even made many custom modifications we asked for. Spoken to a few people that have been here and everyone is more than happy with the service they got. Thanks Andy mate! Hope for your sake you don't see us again too soon :-)
