All bike shops are not the same, and Vekta is not like other bike stores. The staff are incredibly helpful and ensure that as a customer you are at ease, and not overawed by technical speak or being worried about asking stupid questions. Matt who runs the store is ever the cyclist but has a very relaxed and firendly manner, and is a font of knowledge with great bike, equipment and ride gear fit for all levels of cyclists. Would highly recommend, I go nowhere else.
