Great shop. For such a professional and renowned business, I was delighted that the prices were both reasonable, and work was really quick! They always seem to have great offers in the shop and all the staff are very knowledgeable, and really enthusiastic! Don't forget to go upstairs, to the room of lovely bikes. Dayglo gravel bikes, oh still my beating heart. :)
The Manager there always thinks he knows best constantly talks down too his customers.I just bought 2 LT9.9 and he told me that Labour and postage would not be covered as I did not buy the bike from them and they made no profit??What a load of tosh I spoke with Trek Manchester and they told me that he couldn't be further from the truth, iam fully covered on my warranty at any Trek store.
Had my first bike fit with Paul this morning after just getting into road cycling. Really cant recommend the shop enough, really patient and friendly staff and best of all my bike now fits me properly. Thanks again! Steve the sikh
The go to cycle place, great staff, very knowledgeable, and work as a team. When you bring your bike in they don't have that studied indifference that other shops have. They ask questions about how you ride your bike (what conditions, how often, what environment, etc) and then make suggestions based on real world knowledge. One final point, and they where super helpful on this one, if your after an obscure, hard to source bike part, they'll find it for you. The shop is a pleasure to visit with a great range of products.
