Having called in on just to have a look round, I found the car I wanted, Jade and Georgia were my first point of contact in the showroom, very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome and made us a brew (winner). Highly recommended - both Damien and Andrew. Offered us a much higher price for our car than We Buy Any Car. Nice people to deal with. Had a wander around the showroom and was surprised at the really good deals on offer.
We visited car store today for the first time. I've been searching for a car for quiet a while however I've not been able to find the right car for me. Andrew Brittan one of the customer service advisers did a great job of guiding us and making us feel comfortable and welcome. I feel like our visit has opened up so many possibilities and i would definitely recommend a visit to the car store if you're confused or just need some help finding a car!
This is the third time Ive purchased a car from this store and must say the customer service I receive is tip notch. Colin is very professional and goes out of his way to help me. Nothing is too much trouble. Mark also helped me this time with my purchase and he was very helpful and explained the car and its functions. And was very patient with me and put me at ease on the test drive. Would highly recommend both Colin and mark and cant thank them enough for there time over the last couple of weeks.
Jade was very helpful and informative made me feel welcome and comfortable to ask questions and Shane was also very helpful. I don't understand though why if I was to get a car today I would have to speak to anyone other than jade. I understand that jade doesn't earn commission but what do they actually sell as there's a no haggle policy. This is personal to me coming from a sale s background.
