I purchased my Mini from Fast Lane. The after sales service is the best we have ever had. There were a few teething problems with the car and there was never any problem with them having the vehicle in. Even extended my warranty as I was feeling anxious. They went the extra mile to provide me with transport to work. I must mention Steve in the workshop who waited after hours for a part to be delivered. Thank you Fast Lane again for an A1 service. Disappointing pulled up on forecourt today in my 07 plate freelander. Cause I had seen the black freelander. Shame it was auto. Equoke in white very nice. Could have paid for it straight away if someone could of been arsed to come out of the show room. No wonder it was empty. Hey ho my 60k can earn some more interest.
When looking for my new car Fast Lane Cars was recommended to myself for both the cars they sell and customer service. I have been very pleased with both my new car and the customer service I received. As it states on the website Fast Lane were able to find the right used Jaguar to meet not only my requirements but also budget. I informed Fast Lane of the car, specification and price I wanted and within a short period of time I had a phone call informing me a Jaguar meeting all the requirements was in the show room. As buying a car can be a big decision, it was encouraging to know I was able to view, and test drive the car at a time which fitted in with my busy life style without feeling pushed and rushed into buying the car. Before buying the car, I was offered a second test drive ensuring I was making the right decision. In regard to my old car I was offered a very reasonable and fair price in part exchange for my new car. Once I had brought the car the outstanding customer service does not stop there. I have returned with the car to have a minor fault rectified to which a convenient time has been arranged to get this complete. I am very pleased with the products and the service which Fast Lane have provided for me and will continue to use my local, family ran business to buy future cars along with having all my services and MOTs complete.

Traveled along way to purchase a 335d from these guys, was not disappointed welcoming polite and professional, few months down the line the car encountered a few issues and these guys repaired everything free of charge, cannot say a bad word about them highly recommend!!!
