Very helpful sales team but the cars were not for us we liked xc40 but to small . Parking is ok not a vast second hand stock but as I said staff very good and will try to find what you want .

Parts department very helpful and pleasant but found it difficult to be put through to services,in my opinion volvo main dealerships need to up their game to match the product they market as having rang several around the area not one of them gives the customer service they should for what is a premium brand, with not as many dealerships as their competitor's they need to be extra vigilant if they want to strengthen their market share, which translates to me as giving great customer service and not just selling a good premium car make.
Shocking customer service. Told you should expect the car to have faults after 3 years old and that we dont have to do anything about it. Never buying Volvo again. The reputation of the brand being well built and long lasting is well and truly ruined.
