Great Price, great equipment and great staff
Gym is big but very busy. Staff are incredibly friendly!Bums legs and tums - was fun but no guidance was given on if we were doing things write or wrong. Lack of warm up and warm down resulted in me aching for a whole week! Im also now having problems with my knees which could have been avoided with more guidance.Also attended a boxing class and didnt even break into a sweat! Again no guidance or advice on how we can improve.
Loads of equipment, 24hr access, friendly staff. An excellent gym.

Large open gym. Huge range of exercise equipment. Studio room for classes. Spinning room. Separate male and female changing rooms. 24 hours which is the best as I would normally go late evening when other gyms would close
