Very disappointed been twice this week and its freezing today came away at ten past 9 and still no heating put on asked reception and they dnt have nothing do with the heating Why?? Even the cleaner was freezing its a joke. Manager not arriving till half 9 dnt know why it opens at 8.. You not supposed go the gym and wrap up..
Great range of equipment friendly staff showers are clean plenty of car parking available I don't do any classes so cannot comment but seem busy
False advertising. Failed to honour the original sign up offer of a first month free which was advertised online, when tried to resolve this with a guy in the membership office I was told that he 'couldn't help as I had joined online', I worked in a gym for several years and highly doubt this but I know how bitter membership consultants can be if you signed up online and didn't give then commission. So I found the number for head office, left several messages and they never got back to me. I've since cancelled the membership as they fail to address this false advertising and now that are trying to pursue me for even more money. Avoid at all costs!
I really wanted to improve my fitness level, since I finished work a couple of years ago to look after my disabled daughter, exercising had been a thing of the past. I was very apprehensive at going at first but, there was no need as everyone is helpful and non-judgemental. The gym attracts people of all ages and fitness levels.
Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of facilities, spotlessly clean, showers and toilets also kept clean. Plenty of room so we don't feel overcrowded. None judgemental attitude. Motivational quotes around the gym. Ladies only room. Free classes. Love it and feel great after every visit. Fantastic value for money.
