Staff are really friendly in a genuins way. Very informative too. The Machines are in abundance and cleaned regularly. The ready meals are delicious and very good value for money if you buy in pack's of four. At the moment I am on a day pass but when another gym membership expires I will be joining up!
Extraordinarily tidy gym. Literally everything perfectly racked. Huge place with tons of kit. Very friendly staff and the whole atmosphere also friendly. You do NOT need to be huge to go here. I'm an ordinary middle-aged woman. I wasn't the only woman by far. I also wasn't the oldest or least-fit. Best gym I've ever been to.
