I purchased a property that Butters John Bee estate Agents were selling over 4 weeks ago (Completed )and I have asked numerous times for them to remove the for sale sign, but they have totally ignored my emails and phone requests. By law they should take them down after 14 days from Completion but they will not. The signs is bolted to the front of my house 10ft in the air and I do not have the capacity to remove it myself. I am worried it may damage property, or a person walking underneath. They are rude and I would not recommend them. I only gave 1 star because I could not post otherwise. I certainly would not consider selling through them in the future
