If able I would rate as ZERO .....Leaders treatment of Tennant's is of complete and utter disregard and disrespect. We were originally Homesearch Tennant's and had no problems at all dealing with them, we also have an absolutely fantastic landlord. Since Leaders took over, it has been a complete nightmare every term renewal. In fact we never received our copy of our last year's completed contract! PLEASE also carefully read contact before signing as ours had additional charges, which when we questioned, we were told that has original Homesearch Tennant's we didn't need to sign but were also told that if we did they would be legal and binding! Fortunately I never sign without reading in full!Leaders, in my opinion, do not deserve our Landlord's business. There is zero communication between the staff and even less with the Tennant's! They made a property search appointment then didn't turn up, even though my husband confirmed by phone the previous day. When called about this I waited an hour and half to be called back and then had to ring them to remind them! Only for them to make up excuses that the appointment wasn't on the system and they'd attempted to email us (NO email received) I must point out that the appointment was made at least 6 weeks previous and it is very strange that the appointment disappeared off the system overnight. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FULL OF EXCUSES!!! Avoid like the plague!
