The team headed up by Emily Brindley is simply amazing - highly experienced, accessible, friendly, knowledgeable with service always delivered with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. My experience with Leaders has been fantastic.As a guarantor for my daughter I have been kept abreast of developments and the process has been surprisingly straightforward. I would recommend this letting agent without hesitation. Thank you for all your hardwork especially Fallon who was a constant source of calm for us during the process.
Appalling customer service. Stayed with them when they bought my old letting agent a couple of years ago but have now gone to Pillar Box who are great. Leaders don't deal with issues promptly, don't return your calls and generally just don't care. Don't waste your time or your money. AVOID!
I was asked by Declan to leave a review if I am happy with service I have received and I must say I am more than happy to oblige. My husband has used a number of letting agents over the considerable number of years he has been a landlord and Leaders are by far the best. Their charges are reasonable and they respond to all emails very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them as I have already done so to a number of friends.
