Fantastic service from start to finish, They came to put my house on the market on the Thursday, by Saturday morning i had 3 viewings and was sold in the afternoon everybody in branch was always willing to go that extra mile even when i didn't know what i was doing with the solicitors paperwork. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again!Thank You Reeds rains Hanley

Terrible service and experience!! Abigail was brilliant approachable and easy to reach but it's taken a turn for the worst. Bought a property from Reed Rains Hanley and the letting experience was horrid. Within 5 days had to call 7 times and received a call back but with not as much as an apology. They focus on chasing more business leads instead of satisfying their current custom which is really disappointing. Really wouldn't recommend their service, you certainly won't get what your promised.

As someone who was nervous about striking out on my own again, I have to say that Abi from Reeds Rains Hanley made the world of difference in this process. She was polite, helpful, professional and worked hard and effienciently to help me get everything set up and ready for my move-in day. I've now found the perfect home but if I should need to move again in this area I know who will be my first port of call.

Abby was amazing from start to finish with regards to arranging a viewing and setting up our tenancy. She always kept in touch with us and updated us. Key collection and paperwork was efficient and professional. I would recommend reeds rains to anyone, landlord or tenant. Thanks for everything :)
