Weve been clients of this practice for years. Cant fault them. So caring. Recently took two of our foster dogs to have their nails clipped and one is a real scaredy-pup. Liam was lovely with them, taking the time to re-assure the dogs at every stage. Cant thank him enough as I thought wed have a difficult time with her being scared but everything went very smoothly and dogs nails were lovely. I live in Newcastle and there are a lot closer vets but Id never change from this practice. Would highly recommend A*****
Absolutely disgusting vets, bought my cat here 3 years ago with a fractured leg as we were told we could have a payment plan to cover the costs. Once we got there they looked at our cat and confirmed it was a fractured leg, but then refused to do us a payment plan or even release our cat so we could take him to another vet. They put my cat to sleep because we didn't have the full cost upfront, absolutely disgusting and no respect for the animals that come in. My poor baby lost his life because they are more interested in getting paid than actually caring for the animals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Best care and attention to my dogs than I have ever had from any other veterinary team! They show great empathy too! I received a letter of condolences which was a great comfort to me after one of my dogs had to be sadly euthanized, after trying everything they could to make her well.
