We sadly lost our baby boy archie our dog on 20th January he very peacefully died at home with his family after nearly 14 brilliant years he was so funny character pleasure to have been his mummy we phoned vets at home who told us to take archie to them we put him in his little bed he waz only little Yorkshire terrier with his baby toy and ball and blanket they very carefully cared and assured us he would be carefully looked after untill his cremation on25th so we came away assured but heartbroken at the same time we then picked him up 29th jan he was in lovly little box with his name on card off his cremation and forget me not card and seeds to plant very thoughtful i thought archie is now back home with us where he belongs and i finding comfort in that i don't wish to go back but cant thank the staff enough RIP archie always be in our hearts and thoughts love you little man love mummy daddy stephen shannon maisie xxx
We sadly loss our best friend of14 year our vet was so patient and considerate we were offered time and we were talked through everything, we were made tea and comfort and help with everything at a very sad time. I carnt say how much we appreciated all there help thankyou so much you made a very sad event bearable. if you want the best care and attention for you pets I would recommend all day long x
Very clean practise The receptionist is polite and pleasant enoughThe vet on duty is polite and gets to the point Also he seems through with only one vet on duty for the out of ours shift. It can get a little busy with waiting time extendingWhile pet owners are waiting for results and information on what is happening Imo what is needed is a drink machine if only for waterBut over_all very good service ..
We arrived late on a Saturday evening and although we feared the worst when we arrived the team at the vets could not have dealt with the situation any better. Megan was cared for from the moment we entered despite other people being in front of us. The dog came first...When the decision was made that nothing could be done, they dealt with it brilliantly...leaving us alone with Megan and I was so thankful they made it as easy as they did during a horrible night. Dont wish to ever go back here but cant recommend them enough!
The vet that we saw was careing and gentle with my sick dog. She did what she could until we could see our own vet the following day. The building is bright ada comforting and the receptionist was also very pleasant and kind .
