Very friendly but efficient staff. Seemed to genuinely care about my dogs well being and explained his treatment thoroughly.
Excellent staff, from receptionist to the vet. Loving, caring people with pets and owners alike. Booked an appointment for almost straight away. It was alot cheaper than other vets visits, and received an exceptional service. Will be using this vets from now on!
Cannot rate the service provided highly enough, the team are amazing, they help above and beyond nothing is ever too much trouble, no question is ever a stupid question everything is explained so you understand too which is half the worry if your pets ill so they look after you as well as your pet, more care attention and respect shown than any other practice to me they are head and shoulders above any other
Charge 19.14 for 3ml of Metacam for cats! 9 for one worming tablet for a cat! An Absolute rip off and I will never go back to these guys again. I dont mind paying my way for the care of animals but how can one justify such prices is beyond me. Ill be lodging in a formal complaint via the company and relevant regulatory bodies.
Big mistake! Tried this more local vet & paid 200 for year long treatment service but got the vet from hell. Argumentative beyond belief. We'd made a decision on our dogs treatment but because it didn't suit him, he kept moaning & whining like a child. I said that's our decision & are dogs welfare is paramount in our decision but he said yes that's your choice & it's fine but then kept on with the questions! We'd spoken to his colleague before who was professional and understanding but this vet totally wouldn't stop & then became very offensive. I stopped the situation by refusing to finish the examination & hit them where it hurt & demanded a full years payments I'd just paid returned immediately! Oh yes that really hurts doesn't it Pets 4 Vets? I'm not going name the Vet who when I questioned, how could I know things about the vet world that he apparently doesn't, replied to me "I don't know many vets" seriously? I mean truly seriously? Your a vet at a large company but you don't know hardly any vets & you don't know things happening in your own service. I actually deal with people who lie everyday, no I'm not a politician & I can tell you Mr vet, you were lying for the sake of making more money from my dog. You were trying lie to my face & pulled you up on it & you had all the tells of lying! I do not want this type of vet looking after my dog. No way. Oh & although I'm not going to give his name, I will be making a formal complaint to your employer! You can guarantee that.. You disgusting excuse for a professional. If vets 4pets want contact me & save me the bother, please go ahead, I'm waiting for you! Oh should be minus 5 stars. This vet needs sacking.
