Took our pet chicken in at short notice- she was treated and I'm sure saved from death. Vet took the time to explain what we needed to do next to care for her. Thank you

The service I received on the 30th November was unacceptable. My poor puppy was talked to with raised voices as he had his nails clipped. I clearly stated when booking my puppy in for a nail clip how it took 3 people last time to do them and how bad he is. I waited in the waiting room to hear chaos and raised voices. This upset me at how my puppy was dealt with in the manner they thought was acceptable when ringing up to complain. Your meant to reassure dogs not yell at them! The manager Victoria was present doing the nail clip and when bringing my dog back out handed me him and her lack of compassion was clear to see. Not even met with a friendly smile when booking in by her. I know how worked up my puppy gets when having his nails clipped and to hear the way he was treated isn't on. They dealt with the situation wrongly and if he was so bad they should of said sorry we can't do him can you come back so we can sedate him rather than shouting at my pet. I will never use this vets again after my experience today. I want to know my animal is being reassured and cared for in the correct manner and after today I can't trust this vets. My poor puppy wasn't himself when taking him home. Not happy at all!

Excellent vets. Genuinely care for your animal. After our dogs operation didn't quiet go to plan, I have found them to be prompt in sorting out the situation & have given my girl the care she's needed to an excellent level. Special thanks to Victoria.
