So I bought a bike from this place about 8months ago, Good points: Guys working there were really nice, very knowledgeable.Bad point,Tried to sell me a 2017 bike without telling me it was the previous years bike, the 2018 had been out for months. Front derailleur didant work the day I got it, took it back and got told I wasn't changing gear properly. After they fixed it the owner of the shop demanded I took it out round there yard and then said he could hear I cudant change gear properly. Rear derailleur wasn't indexed properly and I cudant get the lowest gear, Rear brakes kept on failing, took it back two time, then the front stoped working. Took it to a different bike shop and magically my brakes and gears have been fine sinceGuy at the other shop asked why I'd bought such a small bike for my hight? I'd ordered a 62cm bike. I'd been given a 58cm bike with a sticker saying 62 over it.

Best bike shop in the area. We went in for advice finding a bigger 'proper' bike for our 4 year old and the staff were really knowledgable and very helpful. They have a fantastic range of kids bikes and we chose a 16" Python Elite, it's lovely. The staff were so helpful that I went back and bought a bike for myself too via my Cycle to Work scheme. . Can't fault the service or the friendliness of the staff and I will definitely be returning again.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Needed a tyre and tube for a Huffy Green Machine which is not even a bike! Guy named Nathan couldn't have been more helpful after a problem with wrong sized innertube.
