Utterly useless staff. Incompetent service. Havent got a clue what is going on. Booked in for a windscreen repair at the Fenton store a week ago. Told to turn up to the festival park store today. No record of the booking. Showed the text confirmation and reference number - no record on our system I.e. computer says no. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? Ill never use these idiots again. I suggest you take your business elsewhere - Halfords have no clue of what customer service is.
Poor customer service. Advised my reservation was ready for collection 29/7/2018. I was then informed that it was not in stock at this branch. Kenwood DX7071. Unpleasant staff and disappointing experience.
Even though they were quite busy the woman serving us was very helpful and gave good advice about what bikes to choose.
